This course is designed for those needing to disconnect and reconnect equipment associated with their primary trade, vocation or occupation, such as licensed tradespersons or people holding a relevant CPC32413 Certificate III in plumbing.
The course provides the units of competency necessary to apply to Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) for a Restricted Electrical Worker's Licence (Class 2).
This course is delivered for five days over two weeks, plus one day for assessment.
Assessments are a mixture of theory and practical tasks.
Apply Occupational Health and Safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace
Disconnect/reconnect composite appliances connected to low voltage installation wiring
Disconnect/reconnect water heaters connected to low voltage installation wiring
QUALIFICATION AND RECOGNITION
After completing the course you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
