This is an initial induction course to allow access to construction sites where a site-specific induction is carried out.
This course provides employees with basic Occupational Health and Safety knowledge that they will need prior to commencing work on construction sites.
The course requires participants demonstrate personal awareness of OHS legislative requirements, and the basic principles of risk management and prevention of injury and illness in the construction industry.
Upon successful completion of a test participants will then be issued with a White Card from WorkSafe which will be applied for on their behalf by Holmesglen.
Assessments are designed to provide learners with opportunities to demonstrate they have attained the required skills and knowledge using a range of practically based activities and tasks, as required by recognised standards

QUALIFICATION AND RECOGNITION
On successful completion, learners will receive a Construction Induction Card/White Card approved by Worksafe Victoria.
Holmesglen tuition fees shown are all inclusive and indicative of the cost to complete the entire course.
Training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding.
Holmesglen may engage third parties to recruit students on behalf of the institute. Third party recruiters receive a commission and this will not impact on your fees.
